The G2 review modal

If you've asked "why is a 'leave a G2 review' popup showing up", "what's this G2 modal", "did I have to do this to use the tool", or "how do I claim the reward" — here's what's going on.

What it is

After your first successful tool run, you may see a modal asking if you'd like to leave a public review of Consulti on G2 (the B2B software review site). It's an opt-in offer — completing it earns you bonus verification credits. Dismissing it does nothing bad to your account.

How to claim the reward

1. Click Leave a review in the modal. We open G2's Consulti review page in a new tab.
2. Write your review on G2 and submit it (G2 verifies your LinkedIn / work email — that's their process, not ours).
3. Take a screenshot of the published review.
4. Come back to the modal (or open it from the sidebar widget) and upload the screenshot.
5. Our reviewer approves it within 24 hours — usually faster. Once approved, your verification credits are added automatically.

The amount of the reward is shown in the modal at the time you see it (it varies by promo period).

How to dismiss it

Click the X in the top right or Maybe later. The modal won't reappear that day. We may surface it again on a later session, but never more than once a session.

I dismissed it and want it back

Open the Settings page — the G2 prompt is also accessible from a sidebar widget on most authed pages. It will not auto-reopen, but you can trigger it manually there.
