Every new free Consulti account is created with 1,000 verification credits already in the wallet.

What you can do with 1,000 credits
- Single Verifier — verify ~1,000 individual emails one at a time.
- Hypercleaner (bulk verifier) — clean a list of up to 1,000 rows.
- Email Finder — find emails for ~1,000 names.
The credits do not expire while your account is active, but they do not roll over month to month if you upgrade — they sit alongside any plan credits.
What they don't cover
- External SMTP-only verification is what these credits power. They do not unlock leads from the B2B / Local / Creator databases — those use lead credits, which are tied to your subscription tier.
- Catch-all detection is included, so you'll still get accurate verdicts on tricky domains.
How to check your balance
The verification credit pill in the navbar (next to your avatar) shows current / 1,000. Or open Settings → Subscription for a full breakdown.
I signed up but don't see the credits
The bonus is added by a Supabase trigger at signup time. If your balance shows 0:
- Refresh the page (the navbar pulls the latest balance on each render).
- Check that you actually completed signup — verify your email if a verification message was sent.
- If still 0, open a support ticket — we backfill manually when needed.
The trigger ran starting 2026-04-29, so accounts created before that date didn't auto-receive the bonus. Reach out and we'll add it.
