How to search and export leads
Failed to load leads — fix and what causes it
'Failed to load leads' almost always means your filter combination timed out the search query. The most common trigger is broad AI-suggested keywords combined with verified-only and decision-makers. Narrow your filters and retry.
Export not working, only exports 100 at a time, or stuck on loading
Free accounts cap exports at 100 leads. Paid accounts cap at 50,000 per export. Past exports live at /exports for 30 days. If 'click export, nothing happens', you're almost always hitting the free-tier cap or the per-minute rate limit.
Filters — Show all, More Filters, Company Keywords, bulk add to list
Show all clears the email-status filter (does not show extra rows). More Filters expands hidden filters at the bottom of the sidebar — click to toggle. Company Keywords combined with broad searches often times out. If 'cannot bulk add to list' appears, narrow filters first.
Where to find your saved searches
Your saved search list lives at consulti.ai/saved-searches. Open the page from Settings → My Data, or navigate there directly.
