Cold Email Setup Tool

The Cold Email Setup Tool lets you order pre-warmed cold-outreach domains and inboxes without leaving Consulti. It's an embedded version of Inbox Insiders, our partner provider.

What it does

The tool takes care of:

• Buying lookalike domains for your main brand (e.g. getconsulti.com, try-consulti.com).
• Setting up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records on each domain.
• Provisioning Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on the new domains.
• Warming the inboxes for 2-4 weeks before they're handed off, so your first send isn't from a cold IP.

How the embedded order form works

The page embeds the Inbox Insiders order form in an iframe so you can configure and pay without bouncing to a third-party site. Your Consulti email is pre-filled if you're signed in.

"The form isn't loading" — common fixes

• Disable ad blockers on consulti.ai — some block third-party iframes.
• Try an incognito window — browser extensions occasionally interfere with the embed.
• Allow third-party cookies for the page — Inbox Insiders uses session cookies for the checkout step.
• If the iframe still won't load, you can complete the order at the direct Inbox Insiders URL — the link is at the bottom of the page.

Pricing and timing

Pricing is set on the order form (we don't charge a markup). Standard turnaround is 14-21 days from order to handoff, including the warmup window. You'll get progress emails throughout.

Is this the only way to get inboxes?

No — you can also bring your own. Consulti's deliverability tools (DNS Checker, Inbox Placement, Spam Checker, DNS Generator) work with any domain or sender, not just Inbox Insiders ones.
